The player is responsible for the security and confidentiality of the account, including the username and password. Passwords should be changed regularly and kept private. If someone else accesses the profile, the user is responsible for their actions, whether or not authorization was given. Crazy Time is indemnified against all costs, claims, expenses, and damages arising from using the account by a third party.
A profile registered in someone else’s name cannot be acquired, sold, transferred, or attempted to be sold or transferred to anyone else. Gambling activities must be managed fairly, securely, and responsibly.
Deposit and withdrawal of funds

Distinctiveness
If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found unenforceable or invalid by a competent authority, that provision will be modified to reflect the intent of the original text as closely as possible while still being enforceable. The validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
Modifications to terms

General betting guidelines

For example, a bet as a winner on one product may be settled as a loser or voided on another. Users must familiarize themselves with the platform’s relevant rules for their bets.
Revoking a bet offer
Cancellation of an unmatched bet becomes effective once confirmation is sent. If the cancellation request is not received and processed promptly, the offer may remain available for acceptance. If the bet has been partially or wholly accepted between submitting the cancellation request and receiving confirmation, the original offer, or part of it, will remain valid, and the bet will be concluded.
Betting limits
The minimum and maximum bet amounts depend on the product and type of market being bet on. These amounts can change and may vary across different platforms. Betting below the minimum bet size threshold is not allowed and may result in account closure. The betting limit is determined by the “Available to Bet” balance and the “Exposure Limit” shown in the account, with the lower of the two being the limit. The bet will still stand if a bet or offer is processed outside the applicable thresholds.
No waiver of rights
Any delay or failure by a party to exercise any rights under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Additionally, partial or single use of any right does not prevent further exercise of that right or any other right.
